St. Luke’s is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our board certified Family Practice providers and dedicated team, provide education and services for all individuals and families in Fort Collins and the surrounding areas.
Our goal is to provide high quality health care to every person that walks through our doors. We have a staff that is committed to providing the highest quality care to exceed the needs of each and every patient, regardless of who they are.
