PAFC is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in Larimer County through community-driven innovative solutions. Our initiatives focus on critical areas such as cultural inclusion, housing, health and wellness, mobility, and healthy aging resources. Two of our standout programs include technology assistance for older adults, helping them navigate their electronic devices to stay independent and connected with loved ones, and Intergenerational Conversations, a unique effort bringing youth and older adults together to bridge communication and understanding across multiple generations.
