Beneficiary Kickoff Meeting June 11

Whether your organization has signed up or is still considering it, please join us Thursday, June 11, from 4:00–5:30 PM for the 2026 Fort Collins Duck Race Beneficiary Kickoff Meeting. Enjoy pizza while we gear up for another exciting year of fundraising success.
 
This meeting is designed to give participating organizations the tools and information needed to make the most of this year’s Duck Race. We’ll cover:
 
•Important event details and timelines
•Marketing materials and promotional tools
•Strategies to help your organization sell more ducks adoptions and raise more funds
•Tips to maximize participation for schools, nonprofits and community groups
 
We’ll also open the floor for feedback from returning Beneficiaries. Your ideas and experiences will help us improve this year’s event and make future Duck Races even more successful.
 
Whether you’re a returning Beneficiary or planning to participate, we encourage you to attend. We welcome up to 2 representatives from each organization.
 
The meeting will take place at the at The Group Real Estate office building at 401 West Mullberry. Parking is on the south side of the building, as is the entrance.
 
We invite 2 participants from each organization to attend, So if  you’re planning on joining us, please RSVP by June 9. Click here to register. Include in your email how many will be attending.
